Provider and contact

The service is provided by e-iT, Information Technology & e-Commerce, Ilioupoli, Greece. Contact info@it-e.gr for support, delivery issues, privacy or refund requests. The seller and invoicing entity are identified in Lemon Squeezy checkout.

Free plugin and separate services

e-iT Accessibility Tools offers free display controls for visitors and counts public pages within WordPress. Installing it does not automatically start an audit or incur a charge. You may separately purchase an accessibility audit with detailed repair guidance and, for issues that can be corrected automatically, an automatic remediation service. The price and included work are shown before every purchase. These terms apply to those services and do not restrict your rights to use, study, modify or distribute the code under the GPL licence.

Quotation and one-time payment

Before payment you see the selected public URLs, covered content, service and fixed price. Pricing depends on confirmed pages, images and document pages. Applicable tax and the final payable total appear in Lemon Squeezy before confirmation. There is no subscription, automatic renewal or automatic charge for future content. Customers are not charged an API cost overrun for already accepted work.

Authority and requirements

Submit only websites you are authorised to inspect and modify. Pairing is installation-specific and does not automatically transfer to another domain. Supported WordPress and PHP versions, HTTPS and public access to agreed pages are required. Keep a backup before applying corrections. Do not submit passwords, login cookies, private files or customer personal data.

Audit deliverable

Reports identify the actual engine, URLs and device layout tested, findings and available guidance. Counting pages within WordPress does not test every function or possible state of a website. Authenticated pages, private files, unselected URLs and third-party workflows are excluded unless expressly included in the quote. The current engine is axe; no active or official WAVE or ACHECKS API integration is advertised.

Automatic remediation

Remediation is offered only where preflight checks permit the specific supported changes. AI proposals are not executed as code. Changes are delivered only after verification against agreed content. Unsupported or unverifiable outcomes are marked for review, not represented as completed. Issues needing human judgement are not sold as guaranteed automatic fixes.

PDFs and media

Universal automatic reconstruction or certification of PDFs, scanned files, images, video or third-party services is not included. Unknown quantities and unsupported conversions are not sold as covered automatic remediation. PDF switching applies only to an agreed, specifically prepared and checked alternative.

Applying corrections and duration

Corrections are delivered in digitally signed configuration files tied to the installation and inspected content. Accessible view enables and disables covered changes. Installed corrections do not expire or require a subscription. If a correction target changes, that operation may be skipped to avoid applying it to different content. New or changed material may need a new quote. A purchase does not promise unlimited audits, adaptation of all future content or uninterrupted third-party availability.

Rechecks

Initial automatic remediation includes one consolidated recheck and supported repair round for the same pages, unchanged content and outstanding original issues. Submit within 120 hours of first delivery. Timely requests may finish later. Later delivery does not restart the window. Once the included recheck has been used or its deadline has passed, each further eligible cycle costs EUR2 plus applicable tax and requires separate acceptance and payment. New content is outside that price. The window and fee govern the additional service; they do not limit rights or claims concerning a defective or undelivered original service.

Status and delivery problems

Execution starts after verification of payment, scope acceptance and necessary processing authorisations. Status appears in the dashboard. Interruption, content changes or failed verification are not successful delivery. Do not repurchase the same work when status is unclear. Request resolution or contact support with order and job references. Resolving failed delivery does not trigger another charge or unlimited AI usage.

Refunds and rights

If a service is not delivered as agreed, request resolution or refund review without another fee for the same problem. Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy and confirmed after completion by the payment provider. Lemon Squeezy buyer terms and mandatory customer rights apply. There is no blanket no-refunds rule. Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, they remain unless the legal conditions for their loss are met. Requesting immediate performance is not itself a blanket waiver of rights.

Data and updates

Read the service and privacy information before submission. Sending necessary excerpts to OpenAI requires separate approval. Paid add-on update checks are optional, require a valid purchase and verify package signatures and fingerprints. WordPress controls automatic installation. Support concerns the agreed deliverable. Additional services require new acceptance.

Result limits

Display preferences, corrections and scores are not certification, legal advice or a guarantee of acceptance by an auditor, authority or funding programme. Human review of content, keyboard navigation, documents and important workflows remains necessary. No term excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.

Terms version

The accepted version is recorded with the quote, installation, acceptance time and document fingerprint. Later terms do not retrospectively change an accepted purchase scope or price. New work may require acceptance of a newer version.

Service and privacy information

Free features

Visitor display preferences and local page counting are free. Preferences are stored in each visitor's browser. Installing or activating the free plugin does not start an audit, transfer content or create a charge.

Optional services

Accessibility audits with repair guidance and automatic remediation for supported issues are separate one-time purchases. The quote and covered content are shown before purchase. Applicable taxes appear at checkout. No monthly or annual subscription is created.

Website connection and inspection

After administrator confirmation, the site address and selected public URLs are sent to the e-iT service on Google Cloud. The service reads pages as an anonymous visitor and stores findings, HTML excerpts, issue locations and content fingerprints. It does not request WordPress passwords, login cookies or database access.

AI processing

Automatic remediation requires separate confirmation. Necessary context for supported issues, change targets and relevant public-content excerpts are sent to OpenAI. Do not select private files or URLs containing access keys, and do not paste passwords or customer personal data.

Payments

Payment is completed through Lemon Squeezy, which collects payment and billing details. e-iT retains order identifiers, amounts, quoted scope and payment status to verify purchases. e-iT does not store card numbers.

Purchased corrections

Digitally signed correction files cover the agreed content and do not expire. Accessible view enables and disables these corrections. New or modified content may require a new audit and quote. Suitable accessible PDF alternatives must be checked separately; universal automatic PDF conversion is not provided.

Rechecks

One recheck of the same content is included within five days of initial delivery. Once the included recheck has been used or its deadline has passed, each further eligible cycle costs a one-time EUR2, with applicable tax shown before payment. Pasted findings are transferred only when you submit the request; saving a local draft is not submission.

Add-on updates

When update checks are enabled, the installation identifier, add-on and installed version are sent to the service to check update availability and purchase eligibility. Downloads are verified using a digital signature and file fingerprint. Updating is not another purchase or subscription renewal. Automatic installation is controlled by WordPress update settings.

Retention and contact

Reports, submitted feedback and records linking payment to delivery are retained for support, rechecks and purchase verification. This version does not automatically delete these records. Contact info@it-e.gr to request access, correction or deletion. Disabling the connection does not itself delete service data.

Audit coverage

The e-iT service uses automated accessibility checks. The current checking engine is axe. WAVE and ACHECKS APIs are not active. Scores and display preferences are not certification of full conformance. Human review of content, keyboard navigation, documents and third-party features is also required.

Technical request data

Hosting and payment providers may record technical request data such as IP address, access time and response status for operation and security. This is not visitor tracking by the free plugin. Do not include sensitive information in submitted URLs or reports.
