User guide

Before starting, take a backup and use a staging installation where possible. WordPress administrator permissions are required.

Open the unified e-iT Accessibility workspace, choose your language and follow the audit wizard. Free visitor tools work independently of a purchase.

Select only public content you are authorised to submit. Never paste passwords, API keys, private documents or personal information into support results.

Review the scope, exclusions and terms in the quote. Lemon Squeezy processes payment once sales are enabled.

Do not create repeated purchases if a job is delayed. Keep the job reference and contact info@it-e.gr.

After delivery, test keyboard navigation, menus, forms and mobile use. Accessible view appears only after completed, verified remediation.

Download the technical report in your selected language. Retain it with the agreed scope and job date.

Use the job recheck option to paste external findings. Changes outside the original scope may require a new quote.

The price combines the public-page band with the unique-image and total PDF-page bands where applicable. Each category is added once; lower bands are not accumulated. Standard quotes cover up to 200 web pages, 200 images and 200 PDF pages. Larger scopes require individual assessment.

PDFs are counted by document page, not just by file. For example, forty 20-page PDFs total 800 pages and fall outside standard quotes. Automatic PDF remediation is not available in the initial release. If an approved accessible alternative exists, link replacement may be included only where supported and expressly covered by the quote.

In Results, select the PDF language and download the technical report. The download uses the stored job, does not start a new assessment and creates no additional charge. Check its scope, date, status and limitations before using the report.

One eligible recheck cycle is included for five days (120 hours) after initial remediation delivery. Once used or expired, each further eligible cycle costs EUR 2 plus checkout taxes. It covers the same content within the original job limits.

Delivered corrections have no fixed expiry and require no subscription. Applying them requires the relevant plugin to remain active and the content to match the verified job. Changed content may require a new assessment.

Visitor display tools

Text size increases or decreases lettering. Line height adjusts line spacing. High contrast applies the corresponding display preference. Text magnifier helps read selected text. Reading focus supports concentrated reading. Readable and alternative fonts change lettering. Link highlighting makes links easier to distinguish. Alignment offers left, centre or right layout. Reduced motion limits supported animations. Reset clears visitor display choices.

Settings and accessible view

Configure the floating button position and verify it does not cover menus or other important controls, especially on mobile. Accessible view applies the delivered set of corrections and is not offered as an available service before remediation is complete.

Troubleshooting

Check the job status and the installation it belongs to. If payment is complete but delivery is delayed, do not pay again. Send the domain and job reference to info@it-e.gr. For display conflicts, reset visitor preferences and record the issue. Do not disable security protections to complete an assessment.

After content changes

A new page or PDF, a theme change or an updated form may affect results. Existing corrections remain, but they do not assess new material. Request a new quote for the new scope.

Is this a subscription?

Services are one-time purchases for the agreed content. Delivered corrections do not expire. New or changed content requires a new assessment and quote.

Does it fix everything?

Automatic corrections cover supported colour contrast issues and specific element attributes approved by the owner. Eligibility is confirmed before purchase and the result is verified. Other issues require manual work. Automatic PDF reconstruction is not included.

Is a recheck included?

One eligible recheck is included within 5 days of remediation completion. After it is used or the window expires, each eligible additional recheck costs €2 plus checkout taxes, within the original job limits.

Is this WCAG certification or funding approval?

No. Automated checks cover only part of the requirements; manual assessment is also needed. The report records work performed and is not a certificate or a guarantee of acceptance by a funding authority.

How is the price calculated?

It depends on selected content and supported scope. You see a fixed final quote before payment. Unsupported content is never silently included in automatic remediation.
